We’re proud to share that Solvvy was recently recognized for its culture and values by some great organizations. Not only did we take second place in the Best Places to Work by The San Francisco Business Times, but we were also a winner of the 20th Annual American Business Silver Stevie® Award in AI/Machine Learning Solution category and named a Finalist (top 50) for the Inspiring Workplaces Award for North America.

Our mission at Solvvy has always been to deliver the best AI and machine learning product to customer support teams. It’s a mission of empowerment: we want support team leaders and agents to let our powerful conversational tool work for them, while empowering their customers to find the information they need as part of a delightful brand experience.

But our goal of empowerment and productivity doesn’t stop with our product and the people we help. We strive to inspire everyone at Solvvy to feel empowered. We want them to share their thoughts on innovation and improvement, while focusing on diversity, respect and inclusion.

We’re honored we received these three awards, especially now, as we recently implemented and updated numerous programs, including a Diversity Equity & Inclusion initiative that creates new employee-led resource groups. We conduct volunteer events and offer everyone robust resources for mental and physical health. We also recently started to implement our new inclusive parental leave policies, as well as programs like Cleo and Carrot for soon-to-be and first-time parents.

By making these strides in current policies and programs for employees, we’ve focused on helping employees feel valued as team members and individuals. This has created an environment that encourages diversity, openness, and respect for each Solvvy employee’s stage of life and what they bring to the workplace. Because of this dynamic and culture, we are proud to have reported an 11% increase in company engagement scores for the Inspirational Workplace Award, as well as a Glassdoor score of 4.4 out of 5.
