How Solvvy Has Kept Cool This Summer

Earlier this year, Solvvy was recognized as a 2019 Gartner Cool Vendor for Conversational Platforms. This recognition has continued to fuel us throughout the year, and we’ve made exciting progress in order to stay cool despite the summer heat. Here are just a few of the things we’ve worked on over the last few months:

  1. Expanding our customer relationships
  2. Releasing new product offerings
  3. Building new partnerships

Expanding Customer Relationships

Our customers are our lifeblood, and building strong rapport with each of them is something we work on each and every day. More recently, we held a webinar on how to remove email as a support channel while improving customer experience in the process. Working alongside Turo and TeamSnap, these customers discussed how Solvvy has allowed them to scale and improve operational efficiency despite removing email. 

Amy Teten, VP of Customer Experience at TeamSnap, noted that they’ve “been able to serve customers in a better and more authentic way since implementing Solvvy,” also adding that Solvvy has greatly simplified customer experiences. This is at the root of Solvvy’s goals, to provide truly seamless experiences through intelligent self-service.

We’ve also produced new customer testimonials over the last few months with our customers Hungryroot and Scentbird. These testimonials are the very first stories where we’ve also included a video to accompany the story, providing deeper insight into what Solvvy has done for these customers, and how we continue to work together to improve self-service experiences. Steven Rivera, Director of Customer Experience at Scentbird, highlights “Solvvy’s integration is easy, implementation is easy, but the thing that really separates is the people behind the actual software and how we work with them.”

Releasing New Product Offerings

The Solvvy platform has undergone improvements throughout the year, steadily amplifying our product offerings by improving accuracy, interface, and accessibility.

Rolling out a brand new UI, the Solvvy platform today is much improved from what it was earlier this year. Rather than taking up the majority of end-users screens when Solvvy opens, users can now interact with whatever pages they’re on and their state is preserved in Solvvy for later reference. This will keep your users engaged on your site longer, and ensures that their workflow is never disrupted, even when they have questions.

As we’ve seen a growing demand for seamless mobile experiences, we’ve placed more emphasis on Solvvy for mobile. We’ve designed a native mobile support experience that ensures customers never have to leave an app to find answers, keeping them engaged and satisfied. And in those times when users can’t resolve an issue, we’re able to intelligently route them to the best channels to fit their needs.

Last but not least, we’ve released steady improvements to our reporting and analytics dashboard. With more data than ever, customers never need to worry about being informed of their support operations. The Solvvy Dashboard now has better customer data, as well as downloadable reports for users to share with the rest of their team.

Building New Partnerships

We’ve made new friends in the CX world with leading customer ticketing platforms FreshDesk and Kustomer, making Solvvy accessible to even more customers. We are now part of the FreshDesk Marketplace where FreshDesk customers can learn about how Solvvy works alongside their helpdesk. We’ve also strengthened our partnership with Salesforce, making Solvvy work seamlessly with Salesforce Service Cloud.

As part of our initiatives with new partners, we now have dual-branded product demos, infographics, and other content that highlights how our technologies work together. We’re also sponsoring a Kustomer event and are planning product demonstrations with Salesforce for their partner solutions showcase.

What’s cooler than being cool?

As we head toward the end of the year, our acknowledgement as a 2019 Gartner Cool Vendor motivates us to keep improving. We’ve seen significant improvements in a short time, and can’t wait to see what the rest of the year and onward has in store for us. Whether it’s through our customers, product, or partners, Solvvy is making strides to show the world what truly seamless experiences should look like. Pretty cool, right?
